Art and his wife Diane grew up in the Niverville area and he has been serving southeastern Manitoba for more than 30 years! They have two children and live in Mitchell. Art spent the first 19 years in sales/management in the auto industry and then started his Real Estate Career in 2012 and opened the Coldwell Banker brokerage with his partners in 2017.

Art's community involvement has included coaching basketball, co-founder of Worship in the City committee (part of Steinbach's annual Summer in the City Festival), active church involvement and enjoys mentoring men. He loves hanging out with his family while fishing, camping, football, traveling or just enjoying each other's company. Over the years he has been able to go on various mission trips, most recently to Puebla, Mexico. Art is fluent in Low German, understands High German and loves meeting new people.

He prides himself in providing the service that his clients need with honesty, integrity and “what’s best for them” mentality. He has a strong network of new home Builders including Abrams Construction, enjoys land development and loves to be involved in his clients next investment.

He was recently rewarded #1 Coldwell Banker Agent by volume in MB and #2 in Canada and has won multiple Winnipeg Realtor Gold Awards. All a testimony to the level of service provided to his clients. Art embodies his slogan “A Tradition of Sound Advice”.
