I have strong roots in southeastern Manitoba, having grown up in the Niverville area. For more than three decades, my wife Diane and I have proudly called Mitchell home, where we raised our two children, Taylor and Austin.

Before stepping into real estate, I built a successful 19-year career in automotive sales and management. In 2012, I transitioned into real estate, bringing with me a deep understanding of customer service, negotiation, and leadership. In 2017, I co-founded the Coldwell Banker franchise in Steinbach, becoming the managing partner in 2024. Here, I continue to play a key leadership role and serve clients across the region.

I am passionate about building community. Together, Diane and I co-founded “Worship in the City,” now a meaningful part of Steinbach’s Summer in the City Festival. I am deeply committed to mentorship, investing in men through one-on-one relationships and through Market Place Leaders at my church. My heart for service also extends internationally, with mission work that has taken me around the world — most recently to Puebla, Mexico.

Family remains at the center of my life. Whether fishing, camping, tossing a football, traveling, or simply spending time together, I treasure creating lasting memories with those I love. I believe strongly that “friends add value to your life” and genuinely enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life. Fluent in Low German and conversational in High German, I easily build relationships across cultures and generations.

I am dedicated to providing sound, thoughtful guidance when buying, selling, or investing in real estate. With a trusted network of professionals — including respected builders like Abrams Construction — I am especially passionate about helping clients navigate new builds, investment opportunities, and dream homes.

As co-leader of the Coldwell Banker team in Steinbach, I am equally devoted to mentoring and developing fellow agents, cultivating a collaborative, team-first culture. My leadership and results have earned me recognition as the #1 Coldwell Banker agent in Manitoba and #1 in Canada, along with multiple Winnipeg Realtor Gold Awards.
